RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are 100% accommodating towards any returns or exchanges with a few terms:
- For returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) by the following options:

Buyer must either pay for the shipping to return the product(s) to us, and a full refund will be processed
OR

Buyer can request a return label from us and refund will be processed of the total amount paid less shipping costs.
- For exchanges: Buyer must be responsible for paying shipping costs to get the product(s) back to us. We will also send products you wanted to exchange, free of costs to you.

ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Items must be returned (shipped out) within 7 days after the item has been delivered.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND ordering items as soon as possible to get it before Christmas.

How long will processing take?
All items are available and ready to ship immediately. Unfortunately there are days when we are unable to get your orders out therefore, processing can take up to 3-5 weekdays from when the order is placed. Post office drop offs will be daily for this busy holiday season.

How long will shipping take?
Due to the high volume of packages during the holiday season, it is expected to take up to 7-10 business day from when the package is accepted into USPS.

Should your package not arrive within 2 weeks, please contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. All orders will include a tracking number. Please visit USPS.com to track your package.

All orders are shipped from Oahu, HI. Delays in delivery are occurring within USPS.
Delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

No, I currently do not ship anywhere outside of the United States

Hi, I'm Joanne Brandy!

We are a one-women team here at Jbrandy Design. I strive to provide the best quality handmade accessories for those of all ages!

Jbrandy Design started back in April 2020. We started making face masks for family and friends but as the word got out, we found ourselves making masks for everyone all over the US! We've come such a long way from then and we couldn't happier to have the opportunity to run our own small business! I am so honored to have such a strong support system and without all of you, we wouldn't be where we are today!
